Delivering Your Order and Shipping Charges
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Post or by Carrier. Goods are dispatched within 4 days of ordering subject to being in stock (we will advise any delay) There is no delivery charge for orders over £95- orders below we charge £3.95 for goods sent to mainland UK. We will advise any extra cost for sending to the Scottish Highland and British Islands. We are pleased to send goods to most countries. We will tell you the extra shipping cost using the least cost route, but if the extra cost is less than £2 above the order price we will send automatically. VAT is charged on all orders delivered to countries within the European Union. Customers are responsible for paying locally any customs or import duties. We do not send glass or crockery abroad. Please note that no warranty or guarantee is given with goods sent abroad. Electrical items are 230 volt, 50 hz and have UK 3 pin plugs.
Returns
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchases so GOODS may be RETURNED within 5 days of receipt for a refund of the monies paid for the goods. You are responsible for the return carriage cost. We reserve the right to deduct any additional cost of carriage over and above the standard charge of £3.95 when sending the goods. You are advised to return the goods using a system that gives you proof of dispatch. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact Customer Services before returning goods and you will be given a RETURNS REFERENCE which must be shown on the returned package. DAMAGED or INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED GOODS will be replaced/accepted back at our cost, but we may require the return of the goods before sending a replacement or refund. When payment was made by credit or debit card the refund can only be back to the payment card. If the original payment was by another method the refund will be by cheque. All refunds will be made within 7 days.
