Copper pans, besides being attractive in the kitchen, are a chef's favourite pan. These Tri-Copper pansare copper on the outside, shiny and smooth stainless steel on the inside which aids cleaning and a layer of aluminium bonded between to provide excellent heat conducting. Handles and lids are stainless steel. Do not dishwash. The copper can be cleaned with metal cleaner or the traditional salt and lemon juice or vinegar. Use for making your special sauces, stirfrys and paellas or speciality dishes like Beef Strogonov and Steak Diane.
