Gustav Cooks Knife flat blade with rivetted handle

This knife is stamped out of the highest grade molybdenum, vanadium stainless steel, the same as the forged knives. The blade is hot rolled at the mill and has a tapered profile to give stiffness to the blade and a fine cutting edge. The tang of the knife is secured to the POM plastic handle with brass rivets.
