This stunning Tri-Copper frying pan is made of the highest quality copper and aluminium fused together to distribute the heat equally. Features the best quality stainless steel (18/10) inner lining for easy cleaning, and a rivetted stainless steel handle with heavy duty stainless steel lid - to keep the flavours sizzling and locked in the pan. This pan is used for cooking Crepe Suzettes in top class restaurants. The non-stick version (which does not include a lid) has a robust Excalibur inside coating. We have other sizes to special order.
