These delightful ice cream moulds are great for use all-year round. This handy set of three moulds is ideal for creating the ultimate Ice Cream Sandwich. Simply bake a tray of biscuits or cookies (recipe included) or buy cookie dough mix, cut them out in the desired shape, and place in the mould. Fill with your chosen flavour of ice cream, top with another cookie and press gently. Remove the ice cream sandwich and enjoy!
