The high grade Bakewell pan with smooth finished edges make an everyday dish look that bit special. It is the perfect dish for making a Bakewell Tart, shallow sponges or even a lasagne. And cutting and serving square slices seems that much easier. Some harsh dishwasher powders can remove the anodised surface, which reduces its release properties. However, we found that it washed so easily in hot soapy water that not using a dishwasher wasn't a problem at all.
